Episodes on VTV are simply aired (or posted) by the series creators. When your Virtual series or movie is approved by VTV, a board will be created for your show in either one of the following categories
Weekly show (for shows currently airing weekly)
Monthly show (for shows currently airing once a month)
In production (for shows currently being created)
Depending on how well development on your series is coming along you could find your series slipping in to either the “On hold” category or even “Cancelled” category. Make sure you show intentions that you really are working on getting your series up and running by regularly posting in your board.
Your board will basically be named after the series; example Angel season six airs weekly and the board can be found in the weekly category, the boards name is Angel the Virtual series and under the name is the brief description.
Each board will also contain 3 sub-boards, one will be called (series name) Episodes, and this is where the series creators will air the episodes weekly or monthly.
Another board will be called (series name) OOC, this is where you can make any announcements of cancellation of an episode should the worst happen and also get feed back from your viewers. It is basically a place were people can talk about your series.
The third board will be called Series schedule, this is where the creator of the given series will put the dates of when the series will air. Remember the day your series airs should never change, however you are allowed to not air an episode one week as long as you put it in the schedule. The schedule should cover one month, and after every month be updated.
Please remember, if you fail to air your series on the given dates VTV may decide to cancel your series.
VTV gives an option for a 4th sub-board to members were the creators can put any cast bios, or important information. This board must be requested when pitching for your series or movie.
